When A Kid Was A Kid
Directed by Anahita Ghazvinizadeh
Taha, a tween boy, is left alone at home. He gets himself dressed up as a female hostess and throws a party. The children, all in adults’ attire, imitate the middle-class mannerism. A subtle and deeply unsettling parable, the children’s play amplifies the dissimulation in the adults’ world.
