TJ Collanto, Director
TJ Collanto is a filmmaker of Filipino descent born and currently based in Chicago, USA. He has an MA in Filmmaking from the London Film School. His graduation film, “Diliman” (2017) has received official selections at various international film festivals including Glasgow, Uppsala, Odense, and the Go Short – International Short Film Festival Nijmegen. It won the Best Short Film award at the Los Angeles Philippine International Film Festival, and received the Film Ambassador award from the Film Development Council of the Philippines this year 2018. He has directed four other short films and continues to work as a production designer and camera operator, while developing his next projects.
