Hao Zhou
Originally from southwest China, Hao Zhou is a filmmaker based in Ohio. An alum of the Cannes Film Festival’s Cinéfondation Résidence and the Berlin International Film Festival’s Berlinale Talents, Zhou’s short film, FROZEN OUT, won the Gold Medal Award at the Student Academy Awards and has been screened at numerous film festivals, including BFI Flare and NewFest. Zhou has directed an indie feature titled THE NIGHT / 夜 and continues work on multiple narrative and nonfiction projects.
