One spring afternoon, two brothers work together to repair their old pickup truck. Later on, the older brother learns that he was accepted into his dream university. The younger brother, realizing his whole world might change, begins to create a barrier between him and his older brother.

Uncertainty for the future causes the younger brother to embody a different person and make bad decisions. All of this comes crashing down when the younger brother causes an accident that nearly takes his older brother’s life.

      Jiayang Liu was born in Beijing, China, and moved to the U.S. when he was 7. He is an award-winning writer, director, producer, and cinematographer from the USC School of Cinematic Arts. Jiayang developed an interest in filmmaking at the age of 11. Over the years, he has made over 40 short animations, documentaries, and live-action films, many of which have won awards worldwide.
