      Lilan Bowden is a Taiwanese American actor and director with a background in improv comedy. She starred in the Emmy nominated TV show, Andi Mack, and later made her directorial debut with the comedy short, BECOMING EDDIE. Other directing credits include commercials (VTech), comedy shorts (Funny or Die), and TV episodes (T-Rex Ranch, Blippi). OH-CHA is Lilan’s most recent short film. She is committed to increasing representation of marginalized groups in her narrative work.
